Chef Matthew Jansen of Mateo Restaurant Provencal has taken five years of success as a sign—he's decided to open a second eatery in Boulder. Radda Trattoria is the newest addition to the dining scene there. Specialties include house-cured meats, fresh seafood, hand-made pastas and pizza cooked in an enormous brick oven. 303-442-6100.

If you're headed to Cascade this summer, take time to stop at Wines of Colorado, a cute little restaurant offering great vintages from around the state.
