By simply updating your address on your AAA Colorado membership. You can change your address by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, calling our membership department at 303-753-8800 ext. 8150, or by mail to Membership Services, AAA Colorado, 4100 E. Arkansas Ave., Denver, CO 80222. Please include your full name, membership number, the old address, and the new address. Depending on when we receive your address change, it may take one additional issue of the magazine before you start receiving EnCompass at your new address. This is because the magazine’s mailing labels are printed several weeks in advance of each issue.
If you live outside Colorado, you will receive a different AAA publication from the club in your area. If you do live in Colorado but are not receiving the magazine, please contact our membership department at 303-753-8800, ext. 8150, to check that we have your correct address and that there are no “Do not mail” requests on your account. You may also wish to check with your local Post Office, especially if you receive your mail through a P.O. Box number or rural delivery, as sometimes the problem is at the delivery end.
If you need an extra copy of the current issue, you can pick one up free at any AAA Colorado branch office. Just click here for branch locations.
We are happy to send complimentary extra copies of any issue we have in stock. The most recent year’s issues are usually available; if you need an older issue and we don’t have any available, we can mail you a photocopy of the article you need. Please call the Managing Editor, 303-753-8800 ext. 8207, to request back issues.
